St Kilda Painters project: Impacts of climate and weather on property

Different climates and weather can have significant impacts on your property. We painted the interior and some of the exterior of this apartment block of 12 units at different times throughout years. The above photos show how severe the damage from humid Victorian climate can be. In addition to damage in the exterior, this apartment also had major cracks resulting from its age.

To give this property a new life, our painters repaired the cracks by removing all loose plastering compounds and refilling all the cracks. After repairing the cracks, all filled surfaces were undercoated and two coats of Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen were applied to achieve the best result.
